Save $96–$162 a year on the VPN alone — suite features roll out to members at no extra cost

Competitor prices are each provider's standard rate as of June 2026 (ExpressVPN shown at its discounted 2-year "Pro" rate) and vary by plan or promotion. Solara Suite items marked “soon” are on the 2026 roadmap, built on SOLARA's own products (encrypted mail, zero-knowledge vault, private AI) and included for members as each ships — they are not part of today's $1.99 plan yet. SOLARA is newer: 6 locations and growing, with an independent no-logs audit planned for 2026.

WireGuard, end-to-end

ChaCha20-Poly1305, Curve25519, BLAKE2s. The same fast, modern protocol Mullvad and Proton use.

Kill switch

If the tunnel ever drops, your traffic is blocked instantly — your real IP never leaks while you reconnect.

Ad & tracker blocking

Flip on DNS-level blocking and ads and trackers are refused before they ever load — fewer ads, faster pages, nothing phoning home. One toggle.

No logs we can give up

Servers don't store source IPs, DNS queries, or per-user bandwidth. We can't hand over what we don't keep.

Servers we own

Not a reseller. Our hardware, our keys, in multiple countries — expanding region by region.

URL tracker stripping

Removes utm_*, fbclid, gclid and 60+ other tracking params before requests leave your device. No one else bundles this.

Questions, answered

How is SOLARA so much cheaper than Proton or NordVPN?

We run lean: our own hardware, no TV ad budget, no affiliate-army payouts, one simple plan instead of four upsell tiers. We pass the savings straight to you instead of spending them re-acquiring you next year.

Do you really keep no logs?

Our servers don't store source IPs, DNS queries, or per-user bandwidth — there's nothing to hand over. We publish a transparency report yearly (so far: zero requests, zero records produced). An independent audit is planned for 2026.

What's the kill switch?

If your VPN connection drops for any reason, the kill switch blocks all network traffic until the tunnel is back — so your real IP and DNS never leak during the gap.

What does the ad & tracker blocking do?

When you turn it on, your DNS runs through a blocking resolver over the tunnel that refuses known ad and tracker domains. Pages load faster, you see fewer ads, and trackers can't phone home. Toggle it on or off in the app.

Which devices are supported?

iPhone, iPad and Mac (native apps), Windows & Linux desktop, and a Chrome/Edge browser extension. Android is on the way. One subscription covers all of them.

How many countries can I connect to?

Six today — two US regions (Virginia & Florida), the UK, Germany, Bulgaria and Turkey — and we add regions as we grow. Each is hardware we run ourselves, not rented reseller capacity.

How it works

No analytics SDKs. No third-party trackers. No advertising.

1

Install + subscribe

The App Store handles billing. We get a receipt hash — never your card or Apple ID.

2

Your device makes a key

A WireGuard private key is generated on-device and stored in your Keychain. We never see it.

3

You connect

Your device hands us only the public half of the key. We register it on a server. Tunnel up.
